You can go to the Seibukan dojo in Kobe, right by Okurayama eki on the chikatetsu. Or close to Kobe JR eki as you are coming from Osaka.
Nakao sensei runs a morning keiko at 7:00 during the week, and from 9:00 at weekends. Well worth the early morning rise. Their homepage is here with details of schedules and a map

I'll be there in 3 weeks time on my annual pilgrimage for 3 weeks. Despite being on holiday, I'll be getting up at 5:30 each morning to make the trek from my inlaws to train with Nakao sensei :-).
