Chris Moses at Seattle School of Aikido, Jan 18th

Hey, I'm going to be a guest instructor at Seattle School of Aikido on January 18th. Class will run from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. If you're in the Seattle area, please feel free to stop by. Mat fee is $10 for non SSoA students, all proceeds go to the dojo. This will be an Aikido class (meaning that while it's impossible for me to leave my non-aikido influences (Shinto-ryu/Icho-ryu/Aunkai) at the door, everything we're going to look at will be recognizable as and applicable to Aikido).
