An Inspiring Sensei

I found this video and started to watch it. I was going to skip it because it was a kids class. Something inside just told me to watch it anyway. I am really glad I did. His talk to the class after training is one of the best things I have ever heard.
I sent this video to my friend who teaches Irish dance. She has problem kids and parents. This talk may give her an idea on how to respond to parents and students who "just don't get it". He sets the record without real blame or anything negative.
I found this guy inspiring and I will be interested to see what others think.

This is an example of an amazingly fine teacher. The focus and the comportment of the kids practicing was better than a lot of adult training I have seen. Excellent!

.....I noticed this as well as did my friend the Irish dance teacher. Valadez sensei looks to be a very patient teacher as you can hear the non class kids playing in the background as he speaks to the kids who are in the class.
