True, Mark, but I can understand it. Writing and formatting a book, and then actually getting to print, takes an enormous amount of time and resources. Hard to justify it if there's no return. I just talked with a Sensei in Australia who put out a very good book last year. It was marketed online worldwide by the publisher, by Budovideos, by Amazon and others, and to date has sold
37 copies!!! How can anyone justify a project as time consuming as this when nobody buys it?
