Finally got a third video post up. It's a lot of fun making these and then seeing how my own techniques changes over time. It's funny because it feels wrong to show something one way then a few months later say, it's not like that, it's actually like this. It's very humbling to know that I am always learning, changing and improving. Guess that's what makes it so hard to be a teacher of Aikido.
