Hi....my name is Josh...and i reacently found aikido at a local dojo at the Sho-Ri-Shobu-Kan Hombu Dojo.... It is run by John Roseberry-Shihan.... I have learned alot in the 9 classes i have taken so far.. I take the class every monday and tuesday, the classes are an hour and a half..it has tought me alot about self...and calming my thoughts to concentrate on a my one point.... i am having trouble though with the "weight underside" princiable and was wondering if anybody has any thoughts on how i might be able to work on this outside of the Dojo as well....?
