DVD: Shoshinkan DVD

Newly transfered to DVD from video, a training film showing the basic techniques for Ai-hammi, Gyaku hammi and Kata dori men uchi in traditional Aikido. This was originally filmed in the mid seventies and has been transfered directly to DVD. It is ideal for novice students of Aikido. The DVD is available from www.marbella.to/aikido for the price of 25 euros.
