Seminar: Koichi Kashiwaya Shihan in Sugar Land, TX 4/28-4/30

Aikido’s Natural Movement is the theme for April 27th and 28th. Kashiwaya Shihan (8th Dan, Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido and Okuden - Ki Development) will teach you exercises to maximize the body’s natural and physical power by developing relaxed hip, shoulder, and leg movements in your aikido technique. April 29th is a special Bamboo Cutting Seminar with Kashiwaya Shihan; come learn how to cut a bamboo pole in half using a bokken as shown below.
All students of Aikido are welcome.
