Seminar: Koichi Kashiwaya Shihan in Sugar Land, TX 4/28-4/30

Aikido’s Natural Movement is the theme for April 27th and 28th. Kashiwaya Shihan (8th Dan, Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido and Okuden - Ki Development) will teach you exercises to maximize the body’s natural and physical power by developing relaxed hip, shoulder, and leg movements in your aikido technique. April 29th is a special Bamboo Cutting Seminar with Kashiwaya Shihan; come learn how to cut a bamboo pole in half using a bokken as shown below. All students of Aikido are welcome. Houston Ki Society, located at the Safety America Martial Arts, Inc annex at 2595 Cordes Drive in Sugar Land, Texas. We are a nonprofit school in Sugar Land,Texas (southwest Houston) dedicated to exploring the principles of coordinating mind and body in daily life.
