Channaling the teaching

Hi all,

Can you give me your thoughts on the following:
1 dojo; several teachers (say three).

should you try to maintain a certain line in techniques being tought during the week or not.
Or: just let it go and teach the same line of techniques and teach more in a principle way then in a "this week these techniques" kind of way.

If so: how do you manage that because not every teacher is present during a certain moment.
