All, I believe that WAA is not authorized by Aikido Celebration 2000 committee to use their material and sell the planner on Amazon. They are breaking the sptrit of AC 2011.

I think that he meant to say "Aikido Celebration 2011". Clearer?

Glenn has been around a long time, I think that I was a year old when he started training, and I'm not so young any more :) . He's also a member of the organizing committee for Aikido Celebration 2011 (http://www.aikidohawaii2011.org).

I don't want to get into the details, but let's just say that the organizing committee decided not to make any official endorsement of the planner in question. Let's leave at that and have a good time when Doshu comes next month.

Please review the new information regarding this project at www.aikidoplanner.com. I know it now properly clarifies our true intent regarding the 2011 Aikido Day Planner. I apologize if initially this was unclear and created any misconceptions.

My Company donated the design, production, printing, and shipping to all of the parties involved. The goal was to "give back" to my home Dojo (Aikido Delaware Aikikai/WAAI) and "pay it forward" to the AC2011 Committee.

Please understand that I have business partners that are not Aikidoists. I was asked to create an Amazon listing to recoup only a portion of the expenses which were significant. This was always a non-profit planner.

This project has been a true blessing as I am learning how to apply pure Aikido "off the mat". For Anyone attending AC2011 in Hawaii, please take the time to meet one of the 50 WAAI affiliated Dojo members in attendance. We are excited to make new Aikido friends and would be happy to give you a copy of the planner for free! :-)
It was (and still is) our goal to spread the Love of O'Sensei's Gift of Aikido.
