Another in Paul Rest's series articles, his latest entitled "Kathy James - A Martial Artist Making a Difference" (http://www.examiner.com/martial-arts-in-san-francisco/kathy-james-a-martial-artist-making-a-difference) highlights Kathy James, a sandan at Richard Strozzi-Heckler's Two Rock dojo.
From the article: "In Feldenkrais as in Aikido I work with the person to become aware that they have a choice in how they move or act.
