Ki exercises and testing techniques are illustrated and presented with step-by-step instructions as taught by the late George Simcox Sensei.
This expanded 2nd edition includes additional exercises and commentary, with essays by members of Aikido-L and Aikiweb, information on modern biofeedback training and the science of breath.
