Aikido is the art of peace as taught by O'Sensei. Putting it to practice is not that easy as it seems. It requires religous trainning and commitment.
But what happens if a novice practinioner, for the first time in his life found his life in great danger.:blush: How should he handle the situation?
Can someone share his/her own story when faced with danger applied the aikido techniques or a different one?
What should be the mentality one must have?:rolleyes:
