While I was in Arlington, I tried to give an example of how the Kototdama sounds actually tie into the ki/kokyu training because of the commonality of the fascia stuff. I don't know if the point was made when we did that one particular qigong, but it might be a topic worth discussing, just for general information.

Mike,
Can you go over the example of kotodama and how they tie into ki/kokyu training again?
Thanks,
Mark

The point I was making with that qigong was the tie-in between sounds and how that assists in bringing out the ki from the vibrations affecting the fascia-structures in the body. In other words, I was trying to round out the perspective that sounds (like in the kotodama, like in the A-Un [which is the same as "O-M"]) are part of the ki and kokyu development, not some mysterious aside. In the case of the the qigong I showed, the "emitted ki" was highlighted. I mainly did it to show that there is a circular and inclusive relationship between all of these things we talk about. ;)
Best.
Mike
