If you have the need for an Aikido Coffee table book this is the book you need. It is truely a stunning book. That said I found it rather interesting...the Style of aikido that the author practices is completely differant than my own but from the excelent photos I was able to gleen some very useful info (yes I know one should never use book as a study guide but at the time I bought this book I was having major problems with Shihonage. The authors version contained elements that I was able to incorpurateinto my own training. Not enough books contain such good photographs (I'm a photographer by trade so I'm critical). By this book if only so you can show people who have no idea what aikido is something about what you do in Pajamas.
