Description: Tai Sabaki means movement of the body, which is how we get our power in Aikido, maintain flow and attain strategic positioning. Without good Tai Sabaki, you cannot do good Aikido. The movement of our body core or cental mass is at the heart of every technique, every interaction with an opponent. Your aikido will get better as you rely less on isolated muscular efforts and more on a unification of your body and the subtle sequencing of muscles within your whole being.

The main program, "Tai Sabaki" is 67 minutes in length. Also included is another 34 minutes of extra segments on the same theme.

Moving in Hanmi, Sankaku Irimi, Tenkai, Tenkan, Tenshin, some exercises to improve Tai Sabaki, and some techniques that emphasize the importance of good Tai Sabaki.
Keywords: Taisabaki Hanmi Sankaku Irimi Tenshin Tenkan Ashisabaki Fumikomi Rocky
