Pros:
Cons:

It is almost a shame to train with this bespoke crafted weapon. I am very honored and grateful to Sensei Brian Donohoe for crafting this beautiful bokken. It is obvious that much care and attention to detail is bestowed upon his art.
The bokken crafted for me is made from white oak and beautifully balanced. It is no light weight and demands much respect in its mastery. I look forward to this great challenge. I encourage all martial artists to try for themselves…….indulge yourself just this once!!!!!

Yours in sport,

J.A .Davis (Student of Aikido)

Pros: Excellent grip and well balanced
Cons: None

I agree with J.A Davis, it is a pleasure using this bokken. It is lighter than it looks and has a very comfortable grip and it is nicely balanced giving great control of the weapon. I’ll get more for the dojo.
