Pros: Tight grain white oak bokken. Best I\\\'ve bought in the UK, and an exceptional price for the quality
Cons: None

Also do packs of 10 for the club (which are all good quality). We do alot of contact with bokken and I\'ve found these are more resilient than many of the broad grain hikory bokken you can get (which are about 5 times the price!). Will last at least 4 years with full heavy contact.

Nice shape and balance, the grain for each one runs properly down the length and the grain is very fine.

Pros: excellent value for quality bokken
Cons: don't think its Japanese white oak but I guess you pay alot more for that

purchased an Iwama bokken from ninecircles and have recommended them to others. very nice weight - feels very solid.
was used for heavy contact/paired practice and held up extremely well.

personally I think the best UK based Aiki store

Pros: Well balanced and very reasonable
Cons: None so far

This is the first time I have used ninecircles and was pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I have come across such quality in the UK. The Bokken are very well balanced. The grain is tight and parallel. Finally at approx £20 per bokken you are geeting a very good deal. I have paid five times this for very poor bokkens. If you are in the UK they are a must.
