Pros:
Cons:

I recommend this book set because it fills a niche, that of a reasonably complete catalogue of the patterns of movement that comprise the Aiki-Ken and Aiki-Jo of Saito Sensei. However, while the patterns of movement are broadly correct and thus serve well as a learning tool or memory aid, the actual form of Mr Weisgard and his partners is quite poor (clearly a subjective statement).
The books production values are high.
