Description: Taisabaki DVD is a visual diary at where the Kyu Shin Kan Dojo is today. This DVD consists of an all action film about one of the biggest elements in our Aikido, Body Art.

It looks at the position of the body before, during and after the execution of technique.

Taisabaki is not just moving the body to avoid an attack, but moving in such a way that the response after the attack, is done in a confident and safe manner.

This film is in no way a teaching production. With the kind permission off Hombu Dojo the beginning of film begins with a short clip of 'O' Sensei's Taisabaki, followed by filming at different locations, with its commentary and music it is a total enjoyable film from start to finish.
Keywords: body art, taisabaki, dynamic aikido, dvd

Pros: Thought Provoking
Cons:

I totally enjoyed this DVD, not just to see the various techniques been demonstrated; but it was good to hear Peter Brown Sensei talk about what Aikido means to him, and discuss the things he has picked up via his personal experience. Thought provoking
