Yamada Sensei's video REALLY helped me learn the basic arts required for my test. I was so impressed with Vol 1 that I bought Volume 2 (which I also recommend). Every art is shown in detail and in slow motion. In my opinion these tapes are a must have for every new student of Aikido. Of all the Aikido tapes I have purchased (and I have stacks of great tapes) these have helped me the most by providing a strong foundation.
