Pros: clean photography, well executed waza, overall presentation
Cons: The basic versions of Iriminage aren\'t all that basic

Of his 4 DVD/VHS this one is IMHO the best one. Ikeda has his students demonstrate the basic iriminages from various holds. And then at the end of the DVD Ikeda demonstrates freestyle versions which are beyond excellent. On the minus side, the footwork drills are a tad bit complex and for some odd reason Ikeda pivots some times on the heels, which I find Odd. Secondly if you watch him during freestyle, his iriminages, Ikeda always enters backwards on the throw, like cutting back instead of cutting forward. Thirdly the basic version of Iriminage as taught by doshu has nage/shite stepping forward to execute the throw not shuffling forward. I.e. irimi-tenkan-step, vs. irimi-tenkan-pivot-shuffle which is a completely acceptable version, I just wouldn\'t call it basic.
