Description: Expand your knowledge of the foundations of O'Sensei's Aikido. Including:

* Aiki-Otoshi
* Men-Nage
* Ganseki-Otoshi
* Hiji-Waza
o Osae
o Nage
o Kime
* Ude-Garame
* Juji-Garame

Due to the worldwide spread and subsequent perceived need to simplify teaching and testing curriculums there has developed a gap in many practitioners understanding of the true foundations of Aikido.

Lost Techniques represents a step toward reversing this terrible loss. Focused on techniques which for the most part have been misplaced within the practice of today's Aikido, Lost Techniques demonstrates their application in order to broaden the viewer's understanding as to the scope of the Traditional Aikido of Ueshiba Morihei O'Sensei.

This is one of my favourite videos. The techniques included are well explained. The dojo is nice, clean, and the explanations are very concise and sufficient. Although the techniques are dangerous (that's why they're not used) the video is worthwhile, because it lets you have access to some other possibilities of Aikido. Very well done, professional indeed.
