In my opinion Cranes video series is the best of video instruction. They are classic an provide very rich details to all technics. The sequence of technics is very good also.

Pros: I have the videos: very comprehensive to the beginner as well as the advanced.
Cons:

Excellent supplements to any level of training.
These training videos cover most all of what you need for your "away from the dojo" training.

Pros: Many!
Cons: Would like to have the video on DVD

This video gives alot of insight into the katame waza techniques of Aikido. The presentation is clear and instruction is superb. I would recommend this video to the beginner as well as the advanced student.

Pros: Overall presentation of a large catalog of techniques
Cons: to few to mention

i bought the whole set years ago, and consistently go back to it from time to time. Essentially an excellent catalog of Saito style aikido. Very comprehensive and well executed. Especially the weapons volumes. If you train Iwama ryu, I highly recommend, if you don\'t train Iwama, I would recommend it more as a window into how Saito organized a curriculum that clearly has stood the test of time.

of course that's my opinion, I could be wrong
