A very good little book by an old practitioner of Aikido, a student of Kenji Tomiki Sensei, in Japan. He studies the principles of Aikido in various chapters, co-relating them to "winds". An excellent reading for every aikido enthusiast. The author is the founder of the Fugakukai style of Aikido.
