Description:
|
Principles of Aiki-Ken and Jo was produced as an instructional tool to aid fellow aikidokas, as well as other martial artists in understanding the importance of weapons training in correlation to taijutsu (open hand techniques). Buki waza (weapons training) emphasizes the principles of extension (combative distance), centering, and focuses on aspects of Aikido that are often difficult to perceive when concentrating on taijutsu.
