Very similar to Best Aikido. It has nice clear photographs and you can follow them easily if you have some basic knowledge of the techniques. Like Best Aikido this is more like a guidebook rather than a tell all point by point \"how to\" manual. More techniques are explored including koshinage, aikiotoshi, and jujinage. Also there are some sections called \"From fundamental techniques, to advanced techniques to variations\". It\'s not detailed but is enough to make the reader think of many possibilities of techniques that are available to the practitioner. Like Best Aikido, the descriptions can be hard to understand which requires the reader to have basic understanding of the techniques.
