George Simcox Sensei Passes Away

George Simcox sensei (6th dan, Virginia Ki Society) passed away on Friday, 10. November, 2000. He was one of the treasures of the Aikido-L mailing list. I've learned a lot from knowing him over the past several years, and I'll miss him greatly. My condolensces to his family, friends, students, and loved ones. Thank you, George sensei. News 11/13: The viewing will be at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Drive, Alexandria, VA on Friday, 11/17 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be at Franconia United Methodist Church, 6037 Franconia Road, Alexandria at 2pm on Saturday then 18th. There will be a get together at the dojo at 4pm following the funeral service. Burial service will be at Arlington Cemetery on Monday the 27th (exact time to follow).
