Promotion: Bill Smith Sensei Awarded Shihan

Bill Smith Sensei has become only the second British Aikido teacher to be awarded the title of Shihan, Smith Sensei was presented with the award at the UK Aikikai's headquarters in Cradley. The certificate is signed by Moriteru Ueshiba Doshu, grandson of Aikido's founder.
