I just got forwarded an interesting article fom the
Santa Cruz Sentinel
entitled,
"Black-Belt Prosecutor Stops Fleeing Prisoner Cold"
. The article starts out, "a prosecutor specializing in white-collar crime got to show off his black belt in aikido on Friday when he took down a fleeing inmate at the county courthouse" and continues to explain the prosecutor used tenchi nage to stop the fleeing inmate. It's good to see aikido in the "real" news...
