Suginami Aikido Association Winter Seminar January 22-23, 2011 with John Riggs, sensei, 4th dan Aikikai. Riggs sensei is a student of Hiroshi Kato, 8th dan and president of the association. He has over 20 years aikido training and 16 years as an instructor. Seminar focus will be on kyu and dan test materials-kihon. An advanced practice session will be held for black belts in attendance.
