Another in the series of "a martial artist making a difference" articles on examiner.com, here's an article on David Lukoff who "has been a pioneer in the fields of spirituality and mental health." In the article, David relates his experience of teaching transpersonal psychology in Kyrgyzstan, saying, "I also included experiential exercises such as sharing religious/spiritual histories, meditation, drawing one’s spiritual journey, and practicing aikido exercises."
