Publication: New book about aikido principles and ideas

"Aikido: The Peaceful Martial Art" by Stefan Stenudd, 6 dan Aikikai, has just been published. This book presents and discusses the principles and basic concepts of aikido. It contains no descriptions of aikido techniques, but explains the ideas behind them. Stefan Stenudd is a member of the International Aikido Federation Directing Committee. He has practiced aikido since 1972. Currently, he has a dojo in Malmo, Sweden. You can find the book on Amazon and other internet bookstores.
