Publication: "Aikido - A beginner's guide" 3rd edition Released

"Aikido - A beginner's guide" by NZ based Aikido author Dunken Francis has been re-issued in it's third edition in the UK by Vine House Publications and is now available direct from the website www.aikido4beginners.co.uk.
The accompanying DVD "Aikido - the first steps" is currently only available in New Zealand but is scheduled for release in Europe and the US in the spring.
