Classical Aikido training and world class Zen art/calligraphy exhibit/lectures by John Stevens October 18-21, 2007 at Nakashima Woodworkers in New Hope, PA. Aikido pillars (shio, kaiten, irimi, koku) and styles (diamond,willow, flowing, Ki) in techniuqes and weapons kata of misogi no jo and misogi no ken.
