Seminar: 2005 "Common Ground" All Virginia Friendship Seminar

The second All Virginia Friendship Seminar is scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2005 in Spotsylvania, Virginia, just off I-95. Hosted by Aikido in Fredericksburg, Common Ground 2005 will feature classes by eight top Virginia-based instructors from seven different Aikido associations!
Common Ground 2005 is a day for practitioners of Aikido to come together and experience the diversity of Virginia’s Aikido Resources – which are all part of O’Sensei’s legacy. This year's seminar will tie a thread around the Aikido phrase "Awase". Some classes will include bokken and jo. It should be a great day for training, aiki-reflections, and camaraderie -- lunch is included.
