Gérard Blaize, is the main teacher off the AFATJ (Association Française d'Aikido Traditionel du Japon

Is Born in Toulouse, France, in 1946. From 1975 to 1981 live in Japan and study with Kisshomaru Ueshiba, Seigo Yamaguchi and Michio Hikitsuchi.

Receive the 7th Dan in 26, april, 1995.

Is also 7th Dan in Jodo
