The main goal of the club is studying of aikido principles in modern conditions. We not only study the techniques but also the conditions allowing any action to reach its maximum effectiveness. In our club the trainings program includes: aikido techniques studying; throwing technique studying; striking technique studying; Katori Shinto-ryu (studying of methods of fencing with various types of weapon); randori. The club is a member of the Belarusian Aikido Federation (BFA). |
