I must say, the shite/tori/nage in this photo has great forum and posture. If I wasn't mistake, I'd say it looks almost Yoshinkan-ish, the way the front foot is turned out the nice square hips and shoulders. Guess this is yet more proof that this is more an AIKIDO thing, than a Yoshinkan Aikido thing.
