I came upon these photos via a web search for Sensei Lorraine DiAnne. She is the real thing. Though she regularly led groups to seminars at Connecticut Aikikai in New Haven, wher I was a student, my most vivid memory was at 1992 USAF-WR Summer Camp where she had a corner of the mat with her students and launched them like clay pigeons. I hope to see her again at a seminar.
