The Seattle Aikido Community is proud to welcome back Frank Ostoff to the Pacific Northwest. Ostoff Sensei's teaching concentrates on the connection of the physical and spiritual energy for both uke and nage. Through ritualized movement we learn how to connect the strength of body, mind and heart. The awareness for this process develops relaxation, concentration and self confidence. The main focus of the seminar will be contact and soft ukemi.
