Back to the Dojo

Hello all,
I'm hoping that hanging out here at AikiWeb will help me get back to the dojo and back into the Aiki spirit after a long lay off. I'm gearing myself up for tomorrow night - first Aikido class in ages and I can feel my wrists ache already hehe... Nervous but looking forward to it!

To live peaceably, one must first learn how to fight
