Re: No Balance No Aikido

Actually, if you're talking about dropping someone no balance is awesome aikido. Only, however if it's on your opponents part. Taking your opponents balance is key in many techniques. There is also a spiritual balance between body and mind that makes aikido useless without it. No matter which way you look at it balance is quite important in aikido
