interested and trying to find a dojo
My name is Bob Stevens and I have been reading Richard Strazzis' In Search of The Warriors Spirit and have become very interested in aikido. Does anyone know of a dojo in western Michigan?I would realy like to try aikido.

Re: interested and trying to find a dojo
Have you tried "Dojo search", under Databases? I just tried it and got a bunch of responses for Michigan.

Re: interested and trying to find a dojo
Hey Bob,
Unfortunately the closest places to you that I know of are in/near Grand Rapids. Maybe some of the folks that are in G.R. know of some dojo/clubs closer to you.
Good luck.

Re: interested and trying to find a dojo
Have you tried contacting The Toyoda Center in Grand Rapids. Blaine Feyen Sensei is a nice guy and he and/or his students will have much more info on the aikido scene up there.
