sydney, austrailia dojos

Hi all.
i'm going to be in sydney, austrailia for my spring vacation, from march 31- april 8. i'm currently practicing Nishio Sensei's aikido and would like to drop in a train a bit while i'm there. I've done a dojo search and found that there aren't any Nishio related dojos but would still like to join in for a few sessions. any suggestions?

thanks. Wil

Would recommend this dojo http://www.centralcoastaikido.com/index.php run by Colin Hackett 4th Dan Aikikai one of my students. Affiliated to Aikikai Hombu, I know they will make you welcome.

I know Berin Sensei well and he is great fun. Very dynamic. Wonderful ukemi: http://www.aikidokenkyukai.com/ The AKI (Aikido Kenkyukai International) dojo in Australia are all very dedicated. Strong connection with our teacher, Takeda Yoshinobu Shihan.

Hope you have fun in Oz.

If you want to see some bloody good Aikido, go see Mic Marelli Sensei at the Aiki Kunren Dojo (http://www.aiki.com.au/ ).

Mic has amongst the best Aikido you'll see in the country and isn't a half bad teacher either . If you get the chance go down and check the dojo out.

Mic teaches and practices Iwama style Aikido under Saito Sensei.
