Hugs, everyone!

I'm just getting back into Aikido after many a years hiatus. The forms are familiar, yet most of me is like a stumbling beginner! Thank goodness, I AM restarting as a beginner... Now, there's a few unique challenges; learning disabilities (injury to my brain), knee injury (recently aquired, and told me I'd forgotten how to fall...), and a back that sometimes likes to chatter...I bet some of you have your own grunts and groans, too!

Still, my spirit burns bright! 'Round and 'round we go...

Blessings... luv, Jess
