HI, I am currently living in Costa Rica and found a new dojo whose shihan is 6th dan from aikikai...... but when I check no one know who he is?!? He is a DR. in international law and a supposed direct student to Osensei, he is back and recognized by the japanese cutlural center here!! Does any one know?? Is there no way to check dan graded people with aikikai hombu??
