Smile

I have just recently attended a seminar by Kawahara Sensei in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I just want to say that it was a great experience. To get a chance to be thrown by him was awesome. He was so gentle, yet had so much power, I find it hard to put into words what it felt like. Anyhow, the seminar was a great experience and hopefully just one of many more to come. Try to attend as many seminars as possible, it can lead to new friendships, and the chance to train with others, who are more experienced than you, can really help develope your technique.

Can you describe some of the things that went on at the seminar?

And I agree about going to as many seminars as you can.
