The Aikido Center of Chicago will host its annual Kangeiko (winter training seminar) Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 19-20. Instruction will be led by the Center's chief instructor Meido (Keith) Moore Sensei. Aside from Aikido, the schedule will include instruction for beginners in zazen (meditation) and a beginning-level session of iaijutsu which will be ideal for persons interested in starting to practice iai.
