I'm writing from Los Angeles, CA. I recently bought some delicious Gyokuro Matsu, but when I make it, it always seems to come out tasting bitter. Am I doing this wrong? Basically I've tried running it through hot water, pouring some in a cup of hot water and let it simmer, using a filter, but it's not working. It smells and looks amazing though
Any good tip from you genuine Japanese Green Tea drinkers?
